About Us
Partners in Life and Transformation
Born from the fire of our own healing journeys and inspired by the spirit of our daughter, Phoenix this work began as a call to create spaces of real change.
Phoenix Pathways is our next evolution: a home for those ready to move beyond awareness and into embodied transformation.
Our purpose is simple to help people break the patterns that hold them back and build lives that reflect who they truly are.
This work didn’t begin in theory.
It began in the trenches of healing, in the moments when we had to rebuild ourselves from the inside out.
What started as personal recovery became a shared devotion: to create a system of transformation that blends the precision of psychology with the power of presence, embodiment, and truth.
Phoenix Pathways was born to carry that mission forward a bridge between inner healing and practical change, where people can not only awaken, but live differently.
Stacey
Stacey has walked the long road of healing not as a concept but as lived experience. Her two decades of practice are rooted in systemic therapy, NLP, psychology, and ritual, guiding others to meet themselves with courage and compassion.
Her philosophy is clear: real transformation requires awareness, embodiment, and integration.
Through years of one-to-one work, women’s circles, retreats, and now Phoenix Pathways programs, Stacey supports people release inherited pain, restore belonging, and reclaim their personal power.
Her life’s work is to build spaces where growth is grounded in integrity, compassion, and truth where people remember that healing isn’t about becoming someone new, but remembering who they’ve always been.
Gerard
Gerard’s path is one of transformation through resilience. A former martial artist and tradesman, his journey through addiction and depression led him to the threshold of awakening. That descent became the foundation of his calling: to support others’ rise with strength, clarity, and presence.
Today, Gerard blends systemic therapy, NLP, breathwork, and cold-water immersion to help people rebuild their relationship with power, discipline, and emotional stability.
Known for his grounded presence and authenticity, Gerard brings leadership and structure to the transformational process supporting people not only find breakthroughs but maintain momentum long after it.
Every space he helps hold from coaching calls to live immersions carries that same quality: steadiness, care, and the reminder that transformation is not an idea, but a practice.
Transformation isn’t a single event it’s a pathway.
It begins with awareness, deepens through embodiment, and anchors through integration.
That’s why every Phoenix Pathways offering is designed as a living system:
